Key Responsibilities
* Own and execute a strategic, growth-focused territory plan
* Consistently deliver quarterly and annual targets
* Build credible, peer-level relationships with urology, urogynaecology and colorectal surgeons
* Be a trusted presence in theatre, supporting Sacral Neuromodulation procedures with confidence
* Identify and unlock opportunities to expand therapy access and improve patient pathways
* Maintain rigorous control of forecasting, consignment stock and CRM discipline
* Deliver high-impact training and education to clinical stakeholders
* Represent the business at key regional and national events
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in surgical or medical device sales
* Comfortable and credible in a theatre environment
* Commercially astute, with a track record of delivering growth
* A relationship builder who can influence at consultant level
* Self-sufficient, accountable, and dependable
* Highly organised, disciplined, and focused on outcomes
* Willing to go the extra mile to win
Essential Requirements
* Degree or equivalent commercial/clinical experience
* Strong, demonstrable sales performance
* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the region
Highly Desirable
* Surgical/medical device sales experience
* Theatre-based case support experience
* Background in Urology, Urogynaecology, Colorectal or related fields
