About the role
Are you looking to take the next step in your career? Due to an internal move, we have an exciting opportunity for a Pensions Co-ordinator to join our Group Pensions team on a 2-year fixed-term contract. You will develop your expertise and support the management of pension arrangements for the Company, Trustees, and Scheme Members. This role offers opportunities to learn and grow, ideal for someone with strong analytical and communication skills eager to build a career in pensions.
You will be involved in the governance of the pension scheme by coordinating meetings, drafting papers, taking minutes, and managing actions for Trustee meetings. You will handle pension queries, support members and stakeholders, analyze pensions data, ensure compliance with Scheme Rules and legislation, and improve communication with scheme members. Additionally, you will oversee relationships with third-party providers, manage financials, and contribute to pension projects to drive improvements.
About you
You are an analytical thinker with attention to detail and problem-solving skills. You have some experience in UK pensions, including Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes, and are eager to make an impact. Experience in governance is a plus but willingness to learn is essential.
Requirements include:
* Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills to build relationships across teams.
* Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and ensure nothing is overlooked.
