We are looking for a driven and experienced Project Delivery Manager to join our Projects Leadership team. In this role, you will lead and manage the site EPCM team, ensuring the successful delivery of the site capital projects program. You’ll oversee a portfolio of projects valued collectively at ~£20M annually, ensuring safety, compliance, and delivery within budget and timelines.

This is a fantastic autonomous role for someone eager to drive innovation and develop their expertise in project delivery, engineering, and supplier governance.

In this role you will

* Oversee a portfolio of projects throughout their lifecycle, using the EPCM/GSK delivery team and third-party engineering resources.
* Manage individual projects valued at up to £1.0M while ensuring year-end portfolio forecasts are achieved.
* Foster team collaboration and promote continuous improvement in all activities.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality and safety standards.
* Guarantee compliance with site and company standards, as well as legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements, including GESs and LSOPs.
* Operate an Engineering Performance Management system that aligns with the site tiered accountability operating model.
* Manage the generation, update, and archiving of engineering drawings and documents.
* Provide leadership and direction for the EPCM/Contracts team, maintaining high standards and challenging procedures to meet business needs.

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

* A qualification in Project Management, Engineering, or Contract/Construction Management discipline.
* Proven experience in Project Engineering or Contract Management.
* Strong commercial awareness due to interactions with vendors and contractors.
* Expertise in leading governance related to supplier management or project processes.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Please note the following skills are not necessary, just preferred, if you do not have them, please still apply:

* A degree or formal Project Management qualification in a relevant discipline.
* Direct management experience is highly desirable.
* Continuous improvement or Lean Six Sigma experience.
