Support Staff – Full-Time (Temporary)
Pay: £90–£110 per day (dependent on experience)
Teaching Personnel is working closely with a number of partner schools to recruit committed and enthusiastic Support Staff for full-time, temporary roles. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who enjoy supporting pupils, working as part of a team, and making a real difference in the school day
The Role:
* Support teaching staff in the classroom and around the school
* Work with pupils individually or in small groups to support learning and wellbeing
* Assist with behaviour support and classroom organisation
* Help create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
* Support pupils with additional needs where required
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience working with children or young people (school experience desirable)
* A positive, patient, and proactive approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Reliable, flexible, and eager to support learning
* An understanding of safeguarding in schools (training provided)
