Job Description
Deliver groceries directly to customers with a high standard of customer service
Provide timely delivery updates and greet all customers professionally
Complete daily vehicle checks accurately
Handle queries or complaints in a polite and professional manner
Manual handling required
candidates must be physically fit
Requirements
UK Manual Driving Licence (held for at least 12 months, max 6 points)
Valid DBS Check
Available to work every Monday and Friday
Must be available on weekends
Strong communication and customer service skills
Previous delivery experience is a plus, but not essential
Friendly, enthusiastic personality
21 years of age and over due to insurance
A good understanding of Drivers hours, regulations, and the Working Time Directive
Excellent geographical knowledge
