Our small team of software developers works within our Business Insights & Analytics team, contributing to the development of both new and existing in-house projects.
You may currently be a few years into your .NET development career and seeking a role within a small, efficient team where you will be given autonomy and a real chance to contribute.

You’ll get involved in:
* Providing technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new IT software projects and initiatives to support and enhance Aerial Direct’s existing systems.
* Updating, repairing, modifying, and developing existing software and applications
* Identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency of business processes.
* Assisting in troubleshooting software application issues.
* Assisting the network administrator with application installation and testing.
* Troubleshooting technical issues and identifying modifications needed in existing applications to meet changing user requirements.
* Analyzing data contained in the corporate database and identifying data integrity issues with existing and proposed systems, then implementing solutions.
* Participating in weekly meetings with the IT team to discuss progress and issues, and reporting progress on a weekly basis to the Team Leader.
* Participating in IT project steering committees and being involved in the design phase of new IT software development projects.
* Assisting in the creation of system design and functional specifications for all new development projects.
* Conducting user-acceptance testing to ensure programs are user-friendly, efficient, and accurate.
Ideally, you’ll have experience of:
* Full Stack Development with C#, .NET, ASP.Net
* Web API
* MVC
* Ideally, experience with .NET Core
