Regional Support Manager Requirements
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
• Active Nurse qualification (NMC PIN required).
• Proven experience in elderly care, particularly dementia care.
• Strong operational management skills within a care home setting.
• Deep knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
