Location: 2Excel Engineering, Lasham, Hampshire, United Kingdom Position Type: Full-time Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 DOE Overview: The Compliance Administrator is a key role within a small department and involves supporting the Compliance team with the day-to-day functions of the department. Responsibilities: Monitoring of staff personal files; Arranging HF/FTS/EWIS, Competency Assessments, Continuation Training, external courses, Updating and/or creating compliance spreadsheets and document templates; Taking minutes of meetings, scanning, filing, and shredding compliance documents; Daily management of Centrik. Issuing Company authorisations on behalf of the Compliance Monitoring Manager. Creating workflows for new members of staff; Constantly upskilling and developing knowledge of the Regulations and Company procedures; Researching compliance queries relating to different Regulators for Departmental Managers; Responding to customer surveys (relating to the Compliance Department)• Assisting in the update of company manuals Issuing company authorisations Essential experience/characteristics Strong data entry skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact and diplomacy An effective team player at all levels with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and internal customers, whilst working under pressure Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and working to deadlines Ability to effectively utilise a range of software including the MS office suite Benefits: Competitive salary.
