Our client is a fast paced FMCG business with offices based in North Suffolk. This is a generalist HR Advisor vacancy that would suit a candidate who has studied part of the CIPD and has a varied HR background.
Duties will include:
* Provide HR guidance, support and coaching to managers covering all stages of the employee lifecycle
* Supporting with employee relations, employee engagement and managing performance
* Reporting HR KPIs, identifying trends and proactively influencing these to improve upon targets
* Drive and be part of people initiatives to improve upon employee engagement and communication
Experienced required:
* Previous generalist HR experience, ideally knowledge of business partnering
* To be CIPD level 5 qualified (or working towards)
* To be confident in your decision making and have strong interpersonal and influencing skill
