About the role and about you
As a charitable organisation, our members are essential to our growth and to achieving our strategy. In this Member Sales and Acquisition Executive role, you'll be responsible for driving the growth of membership through profitable face to face acquisition at our palaces.
This will include working closely with other internal stakeholders to agree sales targets, ensuring membership is represented and promoted across all our palaces and acting as the primary liaison between Front of House teams and Membership. Alongside the Membership Development Manager, you will own and develop an effective membership training programme for Front of House teams, develop and provide accurate reporting against performance, create and manage point of sale collateral, and support the wider Membership team with sales-related activity.
About you
You will have strong sales, training and customer service experience relating to subscriptions or membership schemes. Excellent collaboration and communication skills are a must, as you'll be working across multiple palaces to motivate large teams to sell and promote membership. Marketing experience would be advantageous, to support with onsite and offsite acquisition campaigns. This role would suit someone who is target driven with strong analytical and reporting skills (advanced in Excel). This is an exciting opportunity to grow the membership base of Historic Royal Palaces, so being proactive, highly organised, and an excellent communicator and influencer is essential.
