Responsibilities
* Ensure every customer receives excellent first‑class service with a warm, friendly and helpful approach
* Coach and support your team to the same customer service standard
* Work in a busy and fast‑paced environment
* Maintain a visually appealing shop floor at all times
* Support the Store Manager and run the store in their absence
* Act as a flexible team player, ready to support the store as needed
Schedule
Part‑time (23.5 hours) permanent. Working Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, with flexibility for other days as required. Core rota subject to change based on business needs.
Qualifications
* Retail management or supervisory experience desirable
* Flexible availability (discussed at interview stage)
