We are looking for a dedicated and flexible individual with strong people skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals—including the people we support, their families, and members of the public.
This is a rewarding and varied role based at our new site in Chelmarsh, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same!
You will be supporting individuals with learning disabilities in a range of farming and horticultural activities, helping them develop skills and confidence. Experience with animals or a farm setting is preferred. You will work collaboratively as part of a team with a flexible, can-do attitude and a willingness to get hands-on. It is important to maintain high standards of health and safety and infection control as per our policies and procedures. Familiarity with technology and digital tools to support daily tasks and communication is required. The ideal candidate will support transport needs, including confidently driving our minibus in rural areas.
Confidence in an educational or learning environment is desirable.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of something special—supporting individuals in a meaningful way while working in a beautiful rural setting.

* Trailer licence and experience working with machinery.
*Some roles require males, females, race, and age-specific employees only. Where indicated, this is a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.
