Driver Hire Inverness is recruiting multiple Class 2 (Cat C) Drivers to join a busy refuse collection team in Inverness. This is an ongoing role with immediate starts available.
As a Refuse Driver, you’ll lead a team of loaders, ensure health and safety standards are met, and assist with bin loading when required. You’ll also be responsible for daily vehicle checks and safe operation of the refuse lorry.

6. Leading a refuse collection crew
7. Carrying out daily refuse and recycling collections
8. Operating vehicle machinery safely and efficiently
9. Manual handling of bins and waste
10. Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
11. Maintaining vehicle cleanliness
12. Using in-cab technology or mobile devices for route and task updates
13. Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately
Requirements:
14. Valid Category C (Class 2) Licence
15. CPC Card and Digital Tacho Card
16. Newly qualified drivers welcome
