We have an exciting permanent opportunity to join our friendly and supportive team at Bonnyton House Care Home as Wellbeing Coordinator. We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic and creative Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will be Coordinating and delivering a varied programme of person-centred activities that promote wellbeing, social engagement and enjoyment for our residents. We need someone who has a genuine interest in working with older adults, with a compassionate and person-centered approach. They must have excellent communication skills, and be creative, organised and proactive in the co-ordination and delivering of activities. They will also be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of residents. Ideally the successful post holder will also have experience of supporting older adults, and individuals with dementia, and will hold an SVQ 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
