National Sales Manager
Who are we?
Waters Baths are designers and importers of premium bathing products which we distribute to 400 independent retailers across the UK and Ireland. Well regarded within the KBB sector, we have bathing collections in acrylic and stone, plus new patented consumable product designed to fit any type of bath.
The Role
We are seeking a self-motivated, dynamic, and ambitious National Sales Manager with a proven or rising track record within the KBB plumbing industry. With an impending launch of a fast-moving consumable products for installation into the bathroom. The role is ideal for an individual seeking career advancement or looking to make a significant impact within a growing SME.
Having already set in motion a three three-year plan and a pipeline of new product launches for late 2025 / early 2026, this would be a key moment to join and help shape our future. Experience, knowledge and existing contacts within bricks and mortar retail, high-volume internet retail, buying groups, regional and national merchants will help you hit the ground running.
Location
Our offices are situated in Derby, and the role will be nationwide, potentially involving travel outside the United Kingdom. A clean driving license and a willingness to travel are essential requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Championing our new two12 brand you will;
· Work with the current management team to agree on a three-year plan.
· Identify multi-tiered sales opportunities and agree on a strategy.
· Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to deliver a convincing product proposition.
· Agree and work towards establishing product pricing policies.
· Create and deliver engaging presentations to existing and potential customers.
· Lead negotiations and secure supply arrangements with high-volume opportunities.
· Analyse performance and adjust strategies to optimise returns.
· Maintain and develop long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.
· Engage with all parties in a professional and supportive manner.
About you
Ideal candidates will be educated to degree level, with an excellent standard of English, or have at least two years’ experience in a similar role, and be able to demonstrate:
· A previously held Key /National account manager or similar leadership role.
· Experience within the KBB / plumbing and heating industry.
· A strong track record in hitting sale targets driving performance.
· A willingness to travel throughout the UK.
· Ability to self-motivate, be able to work independently and as part of a team.
· Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
