Key Responsibilities * Perform routine cleaning of communal areas, guest rooms, lounges, and dining rooms. * Use cleaning products safely and in accordance with COSHH guidelines. * Maintain accurate stock records and order cleaning materials as required. * Plan work schedules with consideration for residents needs and preferences. * Conduct fire safety and health & safety checks, reporting repairs promptly. * Keep communal areas tidy and free from hazards. * Attend regular training sessions and maintain up-to-date training logs. * Complete daily/weekly/monthly health and safety checks (e.g. COSHH, water testing).
