We're seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Skills Lecturer who thrives on sharing their expertise and shaping confident, capable practitioners ready for the workplace. You'll play a vital role in delivering high - quality, practical learning experiences that make a real difference to students\' futures and to the wider health and care community.

As part of a committed curriculum team, you\'ll help deliver a sequenced, innovative and creative programme that prepares learners for their next step. You\'ll take pride in managing effective study programmes and ensuring every learner has an outstanding experience. Working closely with colleagues, employers and key stakeholders, you\'ll contribute to the development of new and responsive curriculum pathways aligned to workforce needs and government priorities. You\'ll be an expert in your field, translating emerging sector themes into education and training opportunities, and championing equality, diversity and inclusion in everything you do. What we\'re looking for:

* At least 3 years of relevant professional experience as a Nurse, Midwife, Allied Health Professional, or Paramedic.
* Degree in Nursing, Midwifery, Paramedic Science, or a BSc in a healthcare-related field.
* Current professional registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), or General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) as applicable.
* Proven experience of building and maintaining professional networks within the health sector to enhance educational programmes.
* A genuine passion for teaching and motivating learners to achieve their potential.
* Experience supporting young people in developing skills and confidence.
* Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
* Excellent organisational abilities and clear, confident communication skills.


What we offer:

* Annual Salary: £38,754 up to £44,212
* £5,000 golden hello and up to £1,500 relocation allowance
* Full-time position, 37 hours per week, all year round.
