About us Charlton Arms is supported living accommodation with individuals who have Profound and multiple learning disabilities, learning disabilities and/or autism. We are looking for someone to provide high quality care with these individuals. This position will require you to think outside the box and adapt activities and daily household tasks, bring the fun and most importantly happiness to the individual’s you’ll be supporting, thinking about things such as sensory stimulation, intensive interaction, learning new skills and accessing the community.
