Experience: Minimum 6 months in conveyancing (new build experience preferred)
A well-established Yorkshire law firm is looking for a New Build Conveyancing Assistant to join its Harrogate office. This role involves supporting a senior fee earner with new build conveyancing cases and offers clear opportunities for career development.
Key Responsibilities:

* Opening and managing new build conveyancing files using the Case Management System
* Keeping accurate and up-to-date records throughout the transaction
* Assisting with contract preparation and issuing on new build sales and purchases
* Communicating with developers, lenders, clients and estate agents to progress transactions
* Ordering searches and handling post-exchange paperwork
* Supporting completion processes including mortgage reports and post-completion administration

Who Should Apply?
