We are looking for a Material Planner to ensure the accurate and timely flow of materials across the business through precise processing of IFS transactions, logical problem-solving, and data-driven decision making. This includes proactively identifying and chasing shortages, while coordinating closely with Car Build, Aftersales, and Purchasing teams to maintain material availability in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process shop-orders, ensuring orders are managed through the booking in and out process using IFS, Excel and company helpdesk software.
2. Ensure shop-order content is accurate for all jobs.
3. Produce shortage reports and liaise with all other stakeholders within the business regarding the supply of parts or the delivery of any orders processed internally.
