Advert Please note: Salary scales are effective from 1st April 2026 We’re looking for a creative and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to grow our Enjoy East Ren brand, increase revenue, and engage customers across our diverse range of services — including gym and fitness, swimming lessons, theatre programmes, sports and arts classes, venue hire, and library services. What you’ll do You’ll identify key audiences, build insight‑led marketing plans, and select the most effective channels to reach and inspire. From initial idea to final report, you’ll plan, deliver, monitor and analyse campaigns that build awareness and drive participation. You’ll create content, producing and managing engaging content across all platforms including social media, website and advertising. You’ll build strong customer relationships, be a positive voice for our brand—responding to enquiries, nurturing loyalty, and helping turn great experiences into lasting connections. As part of a friendly and supportive sales, marketing and communications team you’ll work closely with colleagues across Enjoy East Ren to ensure consistent messaging, strong brand representation, and aligned product development.
