Position: Area Sales Manager
Package: £50,000 - £55,000 pa + Company car (fuel card) + Commission paid monthly OTE £70k+ pa + 21 days holidays rising to 25 with service plus stats, Pension scheme, Annual company bonus.
Location: Midlands, Yorkshire area (Home based)
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8.45 – 17:00, Friday 8.45 – 15.45 (home based)
Industry: Builders Merchants, Trade Counters, Independents, Construction industry
Summary: As part of a vibrant sales and commercial team the main purpose of this role is to successfully deliver the companies commercial objectives from the territory they have been allocated as outlined by the Commercial Director. To represent the company to the highest standards. Maintaining relationships, winning new business, always aware of the PR responsibilities incumbent on this role. Assist in the timely disposal of aged or targeted stock. Identify opportunities for upselling, growing the accounts and cross-selling based on customer needs. This role is home based, managing a small number of key accounts (£5m pa in total value)
