What the Job Involves As a Civil Enforcement Officer, you will be responsible for enforcing on and off-street parking restrictions within the Borough. Your duties include issuing Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs), maintaining clear and positive communication with the public and colleagues, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. You will be required to attend briefings, provide witness statements, report defects in signage, and manage your equipment effectively. Your role also involves working independently or as part of a team, spending extensive periods outdoors, and maintaining the operational elements of the service according to set procedures.
