Job Description Rosara at Nicholsons are looking for a friendly and approachable individual to work in both our Tiny Café and Marketing for Rosara. Key responsibilities: Serving a range of hot and cold drinks and light bites Processing all transactions through the till system Setting up and clearing down and keeping the café area clean and tidy at all times Marketing – playing a key role in delivering our marketing plan bringing our brand to life across digital, print and in-person channels, ensuring a consistent, high-quality presence that drives footfall and brand awareness. This will be done during down time in the café. Horticultural duties as time allows. The ideal candidate will: Have strong written and visual communication skills (a degree in marketing or communication would be an advantage. Be confident with social media and email marketing platforms and tools (Instagram, Facebook, etc). Be enthusiastic, proactive and willing to get involved in all aspects of marketing and events. Have excellent spoken English. Be confident, public facing and able to take initiative. Be able to combine creativity with commercial awareness. Have excellent organisational and time-management skills. Previous hospitality experience. Desirable: Experience working in retail, lifestyle, or hospitality marketing. Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools. An interest in gardening, interiors, or seasonal living. Barista & food handling training. This may include bank holiday working, as well as occasional support with evening events.
