We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Talent Acquisition Recruitment Lead to oversee our hiring efforts and build a high-performing recruitment function. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment across various business units, develop sourcing strategies, manage employer branding initiatives, and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
You will play a key role in scaling our organization by attracting top talent and partnering closely with stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver on hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process across departments and functions
* Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs
* Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract top-tier talent through various channels (job boards, social media, agencies, referrals, etc.)
* Manage and mentor a team of recruiters or talent acquisition specialists (if applicable)
* Drive employer branding initiatives and promote the company as an employer of choice
* Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire, etc.) to optimize hiring efficiency
* Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding
* Maintain compliance with relevant labor laws and internal policies during the hiring process
* Collaborate with HR and business teams on workforce planning and talent pipelining
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role
* Proven experience managing end-to-end hiring processes in a fast-paced environment
* Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment metrics to drive decisions
* Familiarity with employment laws, diversity hiring practices, and onboarding processes
* Experience recruiting in tech engineering.
* Experience with employer branding, campus recruitment, or DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) hiring strategies
* Knowledge of HRIS and talent management platforms
