McDonald's in-person work experience Our Work Experience Programme offers you the chance to join the crew of your local restaurant for five days. Gaining valuable experience of an exciting and high-performing workplace, while developing essential skills that will last you a lifetime. The programme has been carefully designed to help prepare you for the world of work, whether you're just starting out or want to brush up your skills after a break, or career change. As well as developing essential skills like teamwork, problem solving, leadership and setting goals, you'll have the chance to practise key employability skills like writing CVs, job applications, and answering interview questions. About you We're looking for candidates with a professional attitude, who are enthusiastic, dedicated and committed to getting the best from the experience. You don't need to have ambitions to work at McDonald's, or even in the hospitality sector. The experience will set you up for a role anywhere, developing skills that all employers are looking for, and giving you the confidence to apply. Age is irrelevant.
