Position: Care Home Manager
Salary: £50,000 + Bonuses
Location: Near Whitstable, Kent
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (occasional weekends as required)

My client is seeking a dedicated Care Home Manager to lead their well-established and highly respected care home, located just a short distance from the beautiful coastal town of Whitstable in Kent.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager with a proven track record of achieving ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ CQC ratings. My client will also consider a strong Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in their career, provided they demonstrate excellent leadership qualities and a deep understanding of regulatory standards.
Key Requirements:
1. Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a care home setting
2. Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
3. Excellent understanding of dementia care and person-centred approaches
4. Proven leadership and management skills
5. Passion for delivering high-quality care and support to residents and their families
