This is a full-time, 9-month temporary contract position based in Milton Keynes/Midlands, UK.

Job Purpose:
As an HR Programs and Performance Specialist, will administer Programs and Performance activities that enhance HR effectiveness and efficiency, while enabling high-quality management information to support informed decision-making in line with established plans and quality standards.
Your tasks:
Power BI/Data Analytics
* Act as the go to contact for the data team communicating suggestions, developments and clean up required
* Support data projects and development of data analytics presentations
* Support the management of data accuracy working alongside team to complete data checks and data cleans
Talent Programs
* Responsible for monitoring members, creating relevant communication and ensuring individuals are invited to relevant activities linked to talent programs
* Responsible for monitoring members development journeys
Employee Engagement
* Member of the Employee Engagement working group
* Responsible for collating and sharing details with team on all initiatives in EE including: Employee Appreciation week, Great Place To Work, Employee of the Quarter
* Responsible for collating required feedback and feeding back to the central team
LEADS – Talent management
* Collaborate with Executive HR team for End to end responsibility of our Talent Management process including talent pack completion, management of systems, communication, organisation of preperation calls and close off of process
* Collate all regional talent packs into 1 folder for review.
* Work with the data team on Overall SL Talent data into a power BI
EOS(Employee Opinion Survey)/GPTW (Great Place to Work)
* Act as EOS Lead for HR, working with both Service Lines to ensure support is given where required of nomination listing and communication,
* Take responsibility for the nomination list and end to end process working with HR Comms team
* Work with the contacts to ensure the right reports are pulled and shared (including with HR) for EOS
* Create communication for the business on action planning options
Business Support
* Contact all new starters to ensure they have attended relevant courses and received support (with knowledge from regional teams)
* Monitor and drive Certified program take up
Your profile:
* Minimum 1+ year of experience in HR, Performance, or Consulting roles
* Degree in Business Administration, HR, or equivalent experience preferred
* Comfortable working in a virtual, global environment
* Proactive mindset with a strong drive to make an impact
* Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
* Strong communication skills with fluency in English (written and spoken)
