Ob Spec: Environment Manager (Digital) Role Overview Term: 01/04/2026 31/12/2027 Stack: Dataverse, Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform The Role You will lead the environment and deployment strategy for a major digital transformation. This involves coordinating between internal teams and external suppliers to ensure stability across Dev, Test, Pre-Prod, and Prod environments. Core Responsibilities Strategy: Define environment purpose, security rules, and RACI models. Deployment: Own the release pipeline, runbooks, and CI/CD alignment. Coordination: Act as the central hub for suppliers and stakeholders to prevent release clashes. Data & Integrations: Manage endpoints, credentials, and privacy-compliant test data. Governance: Manage the environment RAID log and lead the transition to BAU. Key Deliverables Environment Strategy & Deployment Runbooks. Change Calendars & Freeze Periods. Operational Readiness Pack (Topology & Support Models). Timeline Strategy/Analysis: Complete by Q3 2026. Development: Through to Q1 2027. Go-Live: End of Q1 2027.
