Role Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of audit clients across sectors such as owner-managed businesses, charities, and SMEs
* Lead audits from planning to completion, ensuring compliance and high standards throughout
* Supervise and support audit teams, reviewing work and providing coaching and development
* Liaise directly with clients to deliver clear, practical advice and build long-term relationships
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of audit and accounting standards
* Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to operational efficiency
* Support senior management in developing junior staff and contributing to firm growth

Candidate Requirements
* ACA or ACCA qualified, with solid experience in audit within a practice environment
* Capable of leading audits independently and managing a client portfolio
* Strong technical understanding of audit and accounting standards
* Approachable and confident communicator who thrives in a client-facing role
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage deadlines effectively
* Keen to mentor others and contribute to a close-knit team
