We are looking for a Warehouse Manager at our Darlington CSD branch to lead warehouse operations and keep everything running efficiently. From overseeing stock control and managing deliveries to supporting the team, you’ll play a key role in giving us The Power to Supply.

What You’ll Do:
* Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
* Manage goods-in processes, checking deliveries and ensuring stock is stored correctly.
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate regular stock takes.
* Resolve order and stock issues by liaising with suppliers and internal teams.
* Lead, support, and motivate warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards.
* Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed within the warehouse.
* Organise and prioritise picking, loading, and dispatch operations.
* Occasionally support deliveries to customers using a company van when required.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous warehouse experience, ideally in a supervisory or management role.
* Strong organisational and leadership skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* A proactive, hands-on, team-focused attitude.
* Comfortable managing stock, warehouse operations, and manual handling tasks.
* Full UK driving licence preferred.
