The Opportunity
We have a rare opportunity to join our Housekeeping leadership team at the Marine Troon. We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team, to support our Executive Housekeeper in managing the Housekeeping department.
As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will support the Executive Housekeeper to manage a busy housekeeping department. The Housekeeping Supervisor will be a key representative within the hotel and will therefore maintain proactive client and stakeholder relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Consistently deliver a first-class cleaning standard
2. Motivate the Housekeeping team to exceed client expectations, including training and development of the housekeeping team
3. Manage productivity, supervisory hours, and weekly budgets
4. Proactive maintenance reporting
5. Ensure Housekeeping complies with the hotel's brand standards
6. Health & Safety management
What are we looking for?
* Housekeeping experience at supervisory level and above
* Excellent people management skills
* A welcoming, friendly, and outgoing manner with the passion and ambition to develop and motivate your team
* A high level of attention to detail and demonstration of high-quality standards
* A hands-on approach to support the housekeeping team
