Overview
Project Manager - Manage the entire process from sale to installation of Roofing.
Qualified Candidate Must
* Be capable of ordering materials and managing installation schedules with installers, subcontractors, and homeowners.
* Handle issues related to homeowners, installations, installers, and subcontractors.
Required Skills
* Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities.
* Exceptional communication skills, comfortable handling concerns with homeowners, installers, and subcontractors.
* Residential Roofing experience or overall experience in construction.
Responsibilities
* Manage and resolve issues involving homeowners, installers, and subcontractors.
* Conduct on-site punch list walkthroughs for each project.
* Order roofing materials.
* Schedule installations with installers, subcontractors, and homeowners.
Experience
* 5+ years of roofing project management experience, including construction experience.
