• Deliver results for own region – GSV and all kinds of financial indicators.
• Explore and develop projects.
• Participate in the process of dealer development.
• Initiate and execute projects including external and internal walls.
• Coordinate and follow up on internal CA processes.
Key Accountabilities
• Achieve the budgeted sales volumes, revenue, and contribution margin within the specific area by managing all activities related to the sales cycle.
• Develop projects according to plan and build project pipelines utilizing dealer networks.
• Support dealers in developing their teams by—
• Promoting the company's brand and values.
• Introducing products, processes, and services.
• Conducting internal and external environmental analysis, including but not limited to budget allocation and financial situation.
• Improving overall capability, including budget capability and organizational efficiency.
• Handle projects effectively.
• Co-visit first-party clients and main contractors.
• Follow up on bidding and tendering processes.
• Supervise construction activities with the TS team.
• Resolve complaints and gather project feedback.
• Manage all commercial activities related to projects, including pricing, overdue control, and AR collection.
Experience
• University degree or higher.
• At least 3 years of experience in Project channel management.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and execution capability.
• Good business acumen with innovative enthusiasm.
• Fluent in Mandarin; proficiency in written and spoken English is preferred.
• Highly motivated and results-oriented.
• Willing to travel.
