This is NOT a sales role Duties As A Customer Service Advisor: High volume of outbound calls per day. Leaving structured messages [voicemail]. Inbound call receiving [training given]. Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, and email. Maintain accurate and detailed customer records using customer relationship software / Microsoft packages. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
