Debt Recovery Paralegal role at BCA UK. Location: Blackbushe. Hybrid (3-4 days a week in the office). 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday.

BCA Partner Finance provides simple, straightforward and convenient stock funding to BCA Dealers, helping their business to propose by increasing stocking capacity and liquidity.
Key Responsibilities
* Drafting legal documents, including Claim Forms, Judgments and enforcement requests
* Communicating with legal suppliers, drafting new instructions and maintaining in-house systems and reports with relevant updates
* Liaising with the audit team and transport teams regarding the collection of assets and with the auction team in respect of the disposal of those assets
* Progress chasing to ensure external service providers and internal colleagues contribute to the objectives of the Legal Team
* Conducting property searches and reviewing title documents and correspondence
* Maintaining MI reports
* Managing internal and external queries via email and telephone in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
Key Skills
* Comfortable working in a small team and using your initiative
* Knowledge of recovery procedures and familiarity with contractual documentation
* Debt collections or legal background is preferred
