Responsibilities: Assist the Principal Product Manager in managing the Customer Product Pillar, shaping strategy, maintaining momentum, and achieving goals. Collaborate with your team to deliver and execute product features, defining requirements in a high-velocity culture. Work with data analysts to assess the impact of changes on customer and business outcomes, sharing insights back with the team. Collaborate with senior leadership and product teams to define the product vision and strategy. Ensure product OKRs (L1) are met and contribute to the broader product strategy and company-level OKRs (L0). Liaise with senior stakeholders in Design and Technology to promote consistency and adherence to product principles. Aggregate individual product metrics and OKRs (L2) to represent value stream progress against goals and strategic vision. Support product teams with launch strategy, marketing, budgeting, and resource allocation as needed. Train, upskill, and oversee the development plans of Product Managers. Provide deep expertise and understanding of the product ecosystem, industry trends, competitors, and customer needs. Focus on streamlining processes and improving efficiency throughout the product lifecycle. Facilitate continuous discovery and delivery, ensuring new ideas are challenged, tested, and validated. Manage reporting and expectations across the business to maintain alignment with product direction and progress.
