Key Requirements (Essential):
* Proven experience in delivering software designs for scalable, multi-tiered modern applications.
* Experience delivering projects across public sector environment.
* Background in Software Engineering e.g. Java, .Net, Nodejs etc
* Strong understanding of end-to-end solution architecture and the ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with enterprise-level stakeholders.
* Demonstrated ability to integrate non-functional requirements (e.g. security, performance, scalability) into software design.
* Practical experience working with major public cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, including SaaS and PaaS solutions.
* Excellent communication skills—capable of clearly articulating technical concepts in both verbal and written formats, including technical documentation and presentations.
* Confidence in making informed decisions in fast-paced, agile delivery environments.
* Track record of mentoring and developing junior engineers and contributing to a positive team culture.

* Accountability for complex technology delivery projects, ranging from single-team solutions to multi-team programmes.
* Experience supporting business development efforts in collaboration with sales or account management teams.
