Full time, permanent role (office based role)
Base salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, OTE £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
8am – 5pm Monday to Friday (flexible)

Our client is a well-established and respected business that supplies office health and wellbeing solutions to companies throughout the UK. Together, the business aim is to deliver exceptional solutions and services that exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications and skills needed for Business Development Executive role:
* Previous experience with strategic Telesales/cold calling
* Happy to work in a telesales environment (Corporate B2B sales)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Happy to work in an open office environment Monday to Friday
* Ability to identify customer pain points and offer effective solutions.
* Results-driven with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Key Responsibilities for Business Development Executive:
* Providing a seamless support to the Sales Manager in following up contacts, leads, information, through to firming up a booking for the Sales Manager to meet face to face with the target customer.
* Call potential contacts, or contacts of contacts to follow up on potential referrals and sales
* Conduct additional outbound calls to generate new business and follow up on leads.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Collaborate with the lead generation team to sync up Sales activity and campaigns.
* Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
* Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager
* Maintain and update customer records, leads, and opportunities in the CRM
* Generate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management board pack.
* Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for client meetings.
* Track and follow up on pending sales activities and deadlines.
* Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures
