We specialise in residential step-down services for children and young people with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and mental health issues. Our creative and nurturing approach focuses on each individual and delivers a targeted programme of support specifically designed around them.
Day-to-day of the role:
1. Support the delivery of personalised educational programs tailored to the unique needs of each student in our modern, well-equipped facilities.
2. Assist in focusing on the emotional well-being of students through a holistic and therapeutic approach, utilising the latest educational techniques and resources.
