The role of Sales Consultant is exciting and rewarding!
Duties will include:
1. Identifying and maximizing business opportunities
2. Advertising properties, booking viewings, and registering applicants
3. Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face-to-face
4. Achieving personal and branch sales targets
5. Introducing new business and building alliances with developers through active networking
6. Acting as the communication link between clients and vendors, sharing information
7. Building strong relationships internally and externally
8. Preparing accurate property details and ensuring data entry accuracy
9. Managing the sale of properties from viewing to closing
Skills required:
1. At least six months to one year of experience as a residential sales agent with a proven track record in securing new business
2. Excellent sales ability
3. High level of customer service skills
4. Good telephone manner and positive attitude
5. Negotiation skills
6. Tenacity and self-motivation to succeed
7. Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
8. Responsiveness to change
