The Opportunity
We’re working with a fast-growing Marketing business seeking a bright, ambitious individual to join their team as a Digital Account Manager.
This is an incredibly varied role, ideal for someone who wants to learn fast, gain hands-on experience across marketing, sales, and client consultancy, and develop a long-term career in digital marketing.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders, supporting everything from marketing campaigns to client proposals, while gaining exposure to cutting-edge digital and AI-driven services.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Director in delivering and organising events such as exhibitions, webinars, and conferences.
* Manage day‑to‑day sales activities: scheduling calls, sending information, responding to enquiries, and following up with prospects.
* Create engaging, high‑quality presentations, proposals, and email campaigns to showcase the company’s digital solutions.
* Work directly with prospects to explain the company’s digital and AI services confidently — acting as a knowledgeable consultant (note: this is not a sales‑targeted role).
* Collaborate with the Head of Projects to support existing clients, contributing to proposal writing, presentation creation, and occasional client calls.
About You
* Intelligent & curious – able to quickly grasp complex digital concepts and communicate them clearly.
* A strong communicator – confident and professional on client and prospect calls.
* An excellent writer – with a sharp eye for detail and flawless written English.
* Skilled in PowerPoint and Word – capable of producing polished, professional client materials.
* Highly organised – able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
* Digitally aware – some familiarity with SEO, PPC, or AI tools would be a bonus (training will be provided).
