The Role
Oracle Cloud Payroll & HCM Consultant will be part of account and responsible for delivering Payroll, HR functional support, configure and provide transformation solutions.
Also, responsible for Cloud business growth in within existing account and support wider TCS Retail Cloud transformation engagements.
Your responsibilities:
• Provide Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion payroll, HR query resolution
• Provide solutions and configure solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion for payroll, HR
• Support working with Oracle SRs guiding SR to resolution
• Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups
• Configuration of Payroll fast formula, element design, payroll process flows and calculation cards.
• Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects
• Assist client in preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios and developing test scripts for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects
• Support clients with the execution of test scripts
• Validate configuration and data for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects
• Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects
• Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
• Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions
• Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis
• Supporting business during Payroll run
• Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
• Implementation experience of Oracle HCM Cloud including Core HR, Global Payroll and UK Payroll is essential.
• Strong configuration skills in fast formula, element design, payroll process flows and calculation cards.
• Should be able to demonstrate expert knowledge of Oracle Cloud Fusion Payroll module and an awareness of how payroll integrates with other Oracle HCM modules including:
Recruitment (Taleo); HR Core; Benefits, Compensation and Absence Management.
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
• Have detailed knowledge of UK payroll legislation; payroll processing, including manual calculations; year-end processes and an understanding of and other external agencies’ requirements and associated submissions in relation to payroll processing, eg. RTI, BACS, and pensions.
