Level 3 Early Years Practitioner – Wokingham
We are currently seeking a caring, motivated and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a friendly and supportive early years setting in Wokingham.
This role is ideal for a practitioner who is passionate about early childhood development and committed to providing a safe, stimulating and nurturing learning environment. You will play a key role in supporting children’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
* Promote children’s learning, development and wellbeing through high-quality care and interaction
* Observe, assess and record children’s progress
* Support children’s personal, social and emotional development
* Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating environment at all times
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and carers
* Adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures
Requirements:
* A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
* Previous experience working within an early years setting
* A good understanding of the EYFS framework
* A caring, patient and positive approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
