Network Operations Engineer – EV Charging Location: London | Hybrid Working Salary: £40,000–£45,000 bonus & benefits I’m currently supporting a growing EV infrastructure client in their search for a Network Operations Engineer. This business is a destination charging CPO (Charge Point Operator) with a strong focus on reliability, user experience, and sustainability. Due to continued growth and investment in their UK network, they are looking to strengthen their operational team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring their charging network operates smoothly, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. This is a key opportunity for someone who’s technically minded and passionate about clean transport and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Real-time monitoring of the nationwide EV charging network Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues across the estate Supporting fault resolution through coordination with suppliers, field engineers, and installation partners Logging incidents, tracking root causes, and ensuring accurate technical documentation Collaborating with internal teams to optimise network performance Ideal Background: Experience in a CPO, EV charging hardware manufacturer, telecoms, or similar networked infrastructure environment Strong understanding of electrical and/or civil engineering installations Background in electrical infrastructure management or electrical engineering Previous experience supporting technical operations or field service engineering teams Desirable Qualifications: Qualified Electrician and/or degree in a STEM discipline Full UK driving licence Customer support or service experience is a plus If this role is of interest, please apply directly.
