Customer & Digital Administrator (French speaking) PermanentBased in Hailsham 4 days in the office, 1 day WFH £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
Tony Alan Recruitment currently has a new and exciting job opportunity for a Customer & Digital Administrator to join a fast growing company in the Hailsham area on a permanent basis.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, in a professional and timely manner
* Resolve customer complaints, concerns, or issues efficiently, within the agreed timescale, ensuring customer satisfaction. Use the knowledge to solve the root cause so we don’t see the same issue again
* Support customers with information on the complete product and service suite
* Work on customer service improvement projects using automation, chatbots, and AI tools
* Support customer queries with clarity, professionalism, and care, especially in written and spoken French
* Manage sales orders, customer data, and inventory issues while working across departments (logistics, commercial, credit, etc.)
* Contribute to the shift from manual data entry to digitised, streamlined work flows
Key requirements:
* A technical or process improvement background (education or early career)
* Fluency in French and English (Belgian French speakers welcomed!)
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
* A desire to make things better - not just fix problems, but stop them from happening again
