If You:
* Have an NNEB, BTEC, NVQ3, EYE, or equivalent childcare/teaching qualification
* Have a desire and passion to support children's progress and development
* Work well as a member of a team
* Can communicate effectively and professionally with children, parents, staff and other professional colleagues
* Can demonstrate previous experience and/or a desire to work with children 0-5 years. Have experience of a senior position
* Have a commitment and knowledge of child protection and safeguarding children and staff
* Have a working knowledge of early years policies and procedures, including the EYFS, planning and assessment
