About the Role
As an Operations Executive, you will be the backbone of our client's operations, focusing on:
1. Optimising the client journey from onboarding to engagement
2. Managing CRM systems (HubSpot) and workflow processes )
3. Driving KPI reporting and performance tracking
4. Improving processes and automating tasks
5. Coordinating webinars and live events
Core Responsibilities
6. Client Lifecycle Management: Oversee every step from webinar registration to Academy activation
7. Onboarding & Engagement: Enhance onboarding conversion rates and improve client retention
8. CRM Management: Optimise HubSpot pipelines and manage automation workflows
9. Data Reporting: Maintain accurate reporting dashboards in Google Sheets and produce structured weekly KPI reports
10. Event Coordination: Handle logistics for webinars and training sessions, ensuring smooth communication with attendees
11. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement strategies for continuous improvement
What You Bring
To excel in this role, you should have:
12. Proven experience in operations or business operations
13. Proficiency in CRM management (HubSpot preferred) and workflow management preferred)
14. Strong skills in KPI reporting and data analysis
15. Knowledge of Google Workspace
16. Experience in customer support management
17. A highly organised, commercially aware mindset, ready to take charge in a bustling environment!
