Location: EC3R 7NQ
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 08:00am to 04:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
* On a day-to-day basis you’ll plan, organise and control the busy catering operation ensuring a successful and efficient service is provided both in Meeting Rooms & Dining Rooms
* You’ll ensure that the service provided is first-class through training and motivating the team.
* You’ll organise and supervise the team in preparing and presenting food to the highest quality.
* Ensure all staff carry out tasks in accordance with company health, hygiene, quality and safety standards
* Work with the General Manager to maximise sales at the relevant site
* You’ll ensure that everyone works to strict compliance-led Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations.
Our Ideal Hospitality Supervisor:
* Will come from Contract Catering background
* Is flexible & approachable
* Have good knowledge of food hygiene
* Good time management skills
