Working Pattern
Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, shifts range between: 07:30am - 16:00pm, 08:30am - 17:00pm & 10:30am - 19:00pm (not often but when required)
Key Responsibilities
* Opening the pantry
* Open business Lounge
* Check the booking system and update the kitchen team on any changes from the previous day
* Planification of the business day
* Weekly meeting with internal service team
* Placing orders
* Checking deliveries
* Follow Health and safety procedures
* Stock take
* Manage events absence of manager or as required.
* Working close to the event team to delivery VIP events
* Creating quotes
* Training and development of the team
* Overview of the hospitality service
