I am currently exclusively recruiting for one of the largest Private Equity backed companies in the UK. As Group Director of Finance you will lead their group-wide financial strategy, drive performance, and support strategic decision-making at the highest level. Key focuses will include:
* Lead the Group Finance function, overseeing financial planning & analysis, risk management, treasury, and reporting
* Provide strategic financial insight to the Board and CEO, influencing business direction and investment decisions
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and M&A activities, ensuring strong financial governance and compliance
* Lead on financial reporting internally and externally with key stakeholders
* Improve cash forecasting and maximise funding opportunities
* Ensure tax compliance across the Group
* Lead the groups financial transformation programme
* Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team

About You
* Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role ideally within FMCG, manufacturing, or a complex multi-site organisation
* ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with deep technical knowledge and commercial acumen.
* Track record of delivering growth, transformation, and financial excellence
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders from factory floor to boardroom.
